11. Batches, figures and withdrawals

  • Every unit carries a batch number, and J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. keeps the record tying that batch to its release panel, its raw materials and the orders it shipped on.
  • Oxidation figures printed on a label are the figures measured at release, with the date of measurement stated. They describe that batch on that date and are not a guarantee of the figure at any later point.
  • The certificate of analysis for the batch you received is available at no charge, sent in full rather than summarised. Where a batch carries no independent certificate, we say so rather than substitute one from another batch.
  • A batch that misses a release limit is quarantined and destroyed. It is not blended into a passing batch.
  • Retention samples are held for the shelf life of the batch plus one year.
  • If a batch is withdrawn, J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. contacts the customers who received it from that record, refunds the affected units in full, and does not require them to be returned before refunding.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
