Two ways through, both to the bench

Those two are all there is: no outsourced call centre, no third-party chat widget, no social media account answering about batches it cannot look up. A call gets a note on the record and, where a figure was quoted, an email confirming it, because numbers read aloud are worth having in writing afterwards.

What saves a second exchange
- The lot number from the label, if the question is about the material. It opens the whole record at once.
- Your order number, or the delivery address if it has gone. Either finds it.
- What you would like to happen. A certificate sent, a return opened, a figure explained, a replacement issued.
- A photograph if a bottle arrived damaged. It settles the carrier claim in one go.
- The mobile number if the question is about texts, so we act on the right record.
- The term if you are asking about a word on a label. We will answer and, if it is missing, add it to the glossary.

Optional, marketing only, unrelated to placing an order.
- Marketing messages only. Batch releases, new lines, occasional offers.
- Paperwork never arrives by text. Confirmations, shipping documents and certificates are emailed.
- Up to 8 messages per quarter; frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- US mobile numbers, 18 or over.

- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
